A native of El Paso, Texas, Chris Soto is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, specializing in training aspiring law enforcement, fire, and military candidates; general population athletes; and hybrid athletes. His unique knowledge of strength and conditioning allowing him to program for various goals, including improving multiple athletic qualities concurrently. Chris believes in an empathetic and contectual approach to his coaching to help his athletes achieve their goals.
The Hybrid Athlete 1 Program is for anyone who is new to exercise or looking to become a more well-rounded athlete. This 6-week program covers a wide range of athletic qualities, from plyometrics to running to improving strength in the weightroom. The program ends with a fun Push-Pull-Run (Bench Press, Deadlift, 1mi Run) event for those looking to test their Hybrid Athlete abilities.
