All of our 6 week programs are designed to get you results! We are redefining the way Trainers are provided in the gym setting! As we do offer 0ne-on-one training with all of our trainers, we now offer multiple 6 week programs in a semi-private setting which lowers the cost to you while working with a professional trainer that will help you to reach those fitness and nutrition goals you have been striving for! All of our programs include FREE consultation, assessment and INBODY scan. You will also receive at least 18 semi-private in-person sessions, a meal plan for the full 6 weeks, accountability groups, supplementation guides and more!
