Dr. Charlsey McDonald

Charlsey is a native New Mexican who received her  Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine  in 2011. She began her career at Lovelace in an acute care setting, followed by Presbyterian while simultaneously working in a private outpatient practice. "Dr. Char" brings valuable clinical experience from a variety of clinical settings to the practice. Dr. McDonald has a passion for manual physical therapy, sports specific therapy, being involved with
the geriatric population.  She also enjoys working with high school, college and professional athletes. Dr. McDonald is level 3 dry needle certified, and is Elite-OSM’s head dry needle expert with plans to obtain her pelvic floor dry needle certification this year. 
 
Her experience has been in geriatrics, pediatrics and outpatient orthopedic settings.  She has a passion for helping people live healthy and active lives and has maintained outstanding relationships with the best Orthopedic Surgeons in New Mexico as they trust her clinical judgement. 
 
Dr. McDonald has served as the official Physical Therapist for the award winning play, Matilda. She was asked to join them based on her reputation for outstanding clinical practice. She works on several stunt doubles in the film industry. She also serves the vast majority of the Albuquerque Fire and Rescue Department as she has a passion for serving first responders in our community.

Christal Archuleta

Christal Archuleta is a Native New Mexican Born and Raised in Albuquerque NM. In 2006 She Attended Pima Medical Institute Massage Program Graduated Top of her Class in 2007. Christal has worked in Healthcare for over 20 years and has a lot of experience in the Medical Field ie Clerical Clinical Inpatient Outpatient care Orthopedics, Geriatric, General Medical, and Family Practice.

Christal began working for Presbyterian Homecare and Hospice dept as an Intake Coordinator, Coordinating patient care at home with at home Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech therapy and Personal Care. She mainly worked at DownTown Presbyterian
Hospital and the Orthopedic Floor was her main floor Discharging and coordinating care for
many patients coming in for hip and knee replacements. CHristal wanted to further her
education and was really interested in Orthopedics. She wanted to do something that would
benefit her patients Pre and Post surgery and became very interested in Massage therapy.
Enrolled at Pima for their Massage Program and learned so much.
 
She recently had a patient that was in need of a knee replacement. The Surgeon that did the
surgery was Dr Archibeck, one of the Docs that she worked with back a Presbyterian. Working
and training closely with Dr Greg Donadio This patient was one of those moments when she
realized this was exactly why she became a therapist. They worked together on this patient Pre
Surgery and Post Surgery had him moving and grooving faster then the average Knee
replacement treatment would be. Ortho-Therapy and Bodywork is not only a big part of Christals
life it has saved her Life.
 
Christal is Married and is a Mother of 2 Beautiful Girls. Six years ago Christal took back her life,
fought obesity and lost 95lbs all with diet and exercise. No surgeries pills definitely done the old
fashion way. Her Hobbies are working out ie Kickboxing, Muay Thai and weight lifting. She
works really hard to live a Happy Healthy Fulfilling Life Enjoying her family watching her girls
grow up and giving her patients the absolute best care.

Dr. Kevin Do

PT, DPT (Serving New Mexico)

Dr. Kevin Do grew up in Albuquerque, NM. He attended the University of New Mexico where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Dr. Kevin Do’s involvement and interest around athletics growing up is what led him to pursue a career in health, rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness. In 2018, Dr. Kevin Do received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word. Dr. Kevin Do has since practiced in outpatient sports and orthopedic clinics in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and New Mexico. He utilizes his expertise to examine & diagnose injury in order to treat pain and return his clients to optimal function and sporting activities.
Dr. Kevin Do utilizes manual techniques, ortho-therapy, functional dry needling, ASTYM, and many other modalities to supplement his practice to provide exceptional quality care and outcomes.
Dr. Kevin Do loves outdoor recreation. He is an avid fly fisherman and golfer. His other entertainment interests include watching pro sports (UFC, NFL, NBA, PGA, etc) and playing Texas Holdem poker.
