Answers to some of our more common questions.
DO WE HAVE SHOWERS?
- Yes. Each restroom has a big spa-like shower in which has benches, hooks for your towels and body wash.
DO WE HAVE LOCKERS?
- Yes. In each restroom we have multiple lockers that you can utilize during your visit. No locks are provided.
WHAT ARE YOUR POILCIES REGARDING CHILDREN?
- We do not have childcare. If you have a child who wants to join you at the gym they have to stay off the floor and in our front lobby area ONLY. Your child must be at and age they can sit and hang out during your workout.
- Minimum age for youth memberships is 12 years old with a certified trainer or parent/guardian. Minimum age w/out parent/guardian is 16 years old, however a parent/guardian has to still sign off for the liability waiver.
DO YOU ALLOW DOGS/ANIMALS?
- No. Other than service animals we do not allow dogs/animals in the gym or on the floor.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES / CLASS PASSES?
- Yes. We offer day passes for $20. You can sign up here for a day pass. We offer a 4 pack of Class Passes for $60 that you can purchase here.
HOW DO I SEE WHAT CLASSES YOU OFFER?
- We always keep updated class schedules at our front desk or you can check the schedule section on the Frontline Coalition app to see and sign up for classes ahead of time. As always, your first class is FREE! Please see our front desk staff to get set up for your FREE class.
CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?
- On holds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please submit a contact form so we can reach out to you to discuss this further.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
- To cancel your membership you need to send an email to cancel@frontlinecoalition.com - You will receive a response within 72 hours to review your request and start the cancellation process.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE OR NOTICE NEEDED TO CANCEL?
- If you are under contract, there is a $99 +tax cancellation fee to break your contract. You are also required to give at least a 30 day written notice to cancel your membership regardless of contract or not.
