Who IS PAUL?

Paul Horton is a personal trainer and a strength, conditioning, and performance coach who emphasizes functional movements that enhance sport-specificity for athletes, as well as body recompositioning & nutritional direction for those interested in losing fat & building muscle. With a diverse background that spans Mixed Martial Arts, Football, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Marine Infantry & Reconnaissance, Welding, Landscaping, and Solar Tracking System Logistics, he understood how strength and athletic capability enhances the daily life and longevity. Early in his coaching career, he discovered a deep passion for helping people unearth their fullest potential—physically, mentally, and spiritually. While his research continues to elevate his educational expertise, his experience is most notary from coaching a wide range of individuals into success, from youth to seniors, beginners to World and Nationally-ranked combat athletes. The Payload Method

Welcome to The PAYLOAD Method: Frontline Coalition’s 6-Week mixed modality program, designed to help you achieve your health, performance and physique goals all-in-one with precision and expertise.

The PAYLOAD Method offers two nutritional options; Bulk or Shred. Aside from prioritizing the enhancement of strength and endurance, whether you’re looking to build muscle or shed unwanted fat, both programs offer the solution based on your specific needs and are structured to deliver improvement in overall performance, each option being equally beneficial to the fitness aspect of the program’s advancements and success.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, we recognize that your body is unique, and so are your goals. Therefore, The PAYLOAD Method program is scalable for all levels, equipped with regressions and progressions to each exercise and movement, revolving around movements that will improve every energy system in the body; from aerobic power to lactic capacity, et al., as well as building primary moving strength and muscular endurance, and your body’s ability to transition through multiple planes via functional drills.
